Join us for another season as Sunday School begins. We will use the successful Rotation Model again, with classes split as follows:

3rd - 5th graders
1st - 2nd graders
Older Pre-School/Kindergarten
Younger Pre-School

Sunday School at 9:30 am

Regular Worship Schedule

Picnic on the Grounds at 12:15, featuring hamburgers, hotdogs, chicken, chips, drinks, cake, and watermelon at no charge.

Bounce House for the Kids.

LEADING CONTEMPLATIVE GATHERINGS

A Workshop Led by author Dr. Kent Ira Groff,
founding mentor of Oasis Ministries (Pa.) and a graduate of Shalem Institute

 Dr. Groff is a retreat leader, spiritual companion, and writer/poet living in Denver.
An ordained Presbyterian minister, he has been conducting contemplative retreats and groups for two decades.

 

OPENING RETREAT – October 17-18, 2008

Friday evening, 3:00 to 9:00 pm, includes supper

Saturday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, includes lunch

 

CLOSING RETREAT – April 24-25, 2009
Friday evening, 3:00 to 9:00 pm, includes supper

Saturday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, includes lunch

Cost of the retreat is $435 per person if paid prior to September 15. Initial payment of $135 due with application. Balance of $150 due October 1, and $150 due November 1, 2008.

 You are asked to write a brief statement about why this program seems right for you at this time. The program is limited to 24 participants.

 Worship Schedule

    8:30 a.m. - Informal Worship in
Wasser Chapel
    11:00 a.m. - Contemporary Praise
Service in Wasser Chapel
    11:00 a.m. - Traditional Worship in
the Sanctuary with the Chancel
Choir (except June-August)

    Holy Communion is served on the first
Sunday of the month at all services.
All are welcome.

Nursery is provided for newborn to
three years from 8:15 am to 12:15 pm.

Children's Church for ages 4 through 3rd
grade following the Children's Message
at both the 8:30 am and the
11:00 am services.
